This holiday season, our head office folks at Coastal Community Builders wanted to do more to give back to the community. Together, we found a way to help two different charity programs on the Central Coast and Santa Barbara County to help make the holidays a little brighter for those in need.

Your donations support the Central Coast Veterans Memorial Museum – A non-profit, educational organization, that honors veterans by recognizing their sacrifices and contributions while preserving history. Check ’em out for a tour or donate and volunteer at vetmuseum.org!

Coat Drive for Santa Maria Homeless Shelters
Please join us for our Share the Warmth Coat Drive from Friday, December 2 through Monday, December 19, 2022! You can clean out your closets and help others in need. Items needed are beanies, coats, mittens, and scarves. They will be donated to the Good Samaritan Shelter in Santa Maria. It’s a Win-Win!
We have 2 convenient drop-off locations in Orcutt. So, please drop items at our Meadow View Townhomes Sales Office at 1143 Trilogy Circle, or our Vintage Ranch Sales Office at 1422 Black Oak Drive.
Sales Offices Winter Hours for both are:
